Develop, implement, and manage jaw-dropping media strategies across Google, Meta, Instagram, and Facebook.

1. Conduct Sherlock-level market research and competitive analysis to uncover the hottest opportunities and trends.
2. Creative Collaborator: Team up with our creative geniuses to craft ad magic that stops thumbs and clicks hearts.
3. Optimization Overlord: Fine-tune campaign performance with A/B testing, bid adjustments, and audience wizardry.
4. Data Guru: Dive deep into key performance metrics, spinning regular reports and insights that make stakeholders swoon.
5. Budget Boss: Command media budgets with the precision of a maestro, ensuring every dollar sings.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience Pro: 5+ years in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, plus a minimum of 5 years of digital media buying triumphs, with a CPG background.
2. Results Rockstar: Proven track record of managing hefty media budgets and delivering campaigns that knock it out of the park.
3. Data Whisperer: In-depth knowledge of PPC, CPM, CPA, and other digital advertising lingo.
4. Tool Tamer: Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other essential tools of the trade.
5. Organizational Ninja: Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and capable of juggling multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
6. Certification Cool: Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant certifications earn you bonus points.
