Adecco partnered with a company that specializes in real estate services, particularly in the logistics and industrial sectors in looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Digital Performance Marketing to lead and elevate our digital marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering measurable results.


This is a permanent job opportunity.

Hybrid - 3 days a week in office at Larkspur, CA; 2 days remote


Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Campaign Management : Lead the development, execution, and optimization of performance marketing strategies across digital platforms. Manage and allocate the marketing budget to maximize ROI, ensuring campaigns are executed within budget while meeting key performance goals.
  • Digital Expertise & Continuous Improvement : Drive the continuous enhancement of digital marketing strategies by staying informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new advertising platforms. Analyze competitors to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry, and provide data-driven recommendations for strategic adjustments.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Leadership : Serve as the primary point of contact for digital marketing performance insights, communicating effectively with senior management and other key stakeholders. Lead cross-functional collaboration with external digital agencies, IT teams, and other departments, ensuring alignment and the seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Optimization : Collaborate with analytics and data science teams to refine attribution models and improve reporting accuracy. Oversee the management of external vendor relationships, ensuring the use of leading technologies and data-driven marketing practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B environments.
  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms, campaign management tools, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google BigQuery, Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Programmatic Platforms (e.g., StakeAdapt, The Trade Desk), Social Media Ad Managers (Meta, LinkedIn), and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience in leading digital marketing teams and managing cross-functional projects to achieve business goals.
  • Demonstrated success in executing and optimizing data-driven, performance-focused marketing initiatives in a complex B2B setting.
