Role Overview
BGB Group is seeking a UI/UX Content Author to develop, structure, and optimize digital content within modular content authoring tools such as Anthill Activator and Viseven's eWizard, while ensuring seamless integration with Veeva's CLM suite, including Vault and PromoMats. This role will be instrumental in constructing and managing modular components that enable scalable, reusable, and compliant content for omnichannel marketing in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
The Content Author will work closely with content strategists, digital production teams, and regulatory reviewers to ensure content assets are structured efficiently, compliant with industry regulations, and aligned with brand guidelines and modular content frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Modular Component Authoring
- Construct and manage modular content components inside Anthill Activator, eWizard, and other content automation tools.
- Develop, edit, and structure content templates, fragments, and reusable assets to enable omnichannel marketing.
- Ensure all content follows structured modular frameworks, allowing seamless adaptation for multiple channels.
- Maintain version control and metadata tagging to ensure content traceability and regulatory compliance.
Content Management & Compliance
- Work within Veeva Vault and PromoMats to manage content creation, approvals, and MLR review processes.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines, metadata governance, and modular content best practices.
- Optimize content workflows to streamline approvals, reduce redundancies, and improve efficiency.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) checks to validate content accuracy, consistency, and adherence to legal and brand standards.
Collaboration & Workflow Optimization
- Partner with content strategists, medical reviewers, and marketing teams to align content with campaign goals and audience needs.
- Work closely with digital production teams and developers to ensure seamless integration of modular content into omnichannel platforms.
- Provide training and documentation to support internal teams in adopting best practices for content authoring and management.
- Support automation initiatives and AI-powered content solutions to enhance content scalability.
Technology & Innovation
- Stay up to date on emerging content technologies, including AI-driven content automation, structured authoring, and dynamic personalization.
- Explore new opportunities for improving efficiency in modular content creation and delivery.
- Recommend best practices for metadata structuring, digital asset management (DAM), and content reuse strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in content authoring, digital content management, or modular content structuring, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing.
- Hands-on experience working with Anthill Activator, Viseven's eWizard, or similar modular content tools is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Veeva Vault, PromoMats, and CLM suite for content management and approval workflows.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Proficiency in content authoring platforms and modular content frameworks.
- Understanding of metadata tagging, taxonomy development, and structured content authoring.
- Familiarity with HTML, XML, or JSON-based content structures is a plus.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical MLR review processes and compliance workflows.
- Knowledge of digital production workflows, omnichannel content delivery, and personalization strategies.

Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000
The salary range provided is for the Kansas City, MO hybrid position, which requires occasional in-office presence, and represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB. For candidates in other locations, salary will be adjusted to reflect local market rates. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total rewards package offered at BGB Group.
