Production Designer Location: Irving, TX 75038 (Onsite – 5 Days/Week) Duration: 3-Month Contract (Potential to Extend) Schedule: 40 Hours/Week
We are seeking a skilled Production Designer with a strong background in print and digital design to support a fast-paced, collaborative creative team in Irving, TX. This is a permanent, onsite role (Monday through Friday) with the potential to extend beyond the initial 3-month contract.
The ideal candidate is passionate about clean design, has exceptional attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll be creating a wide variety of visual assets—from brochures and catalogs to engaging social graphics and web content.
Key Responsibilities: Design and produce creative assets for print, social media, and web platforms. Develop high-quality flyers, brochures, catalogs, and other customer-facing print materials. Support additional creative needs including photo editing/retouching and basic motion graphics for digital use. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and digital teams to ensure visual consistency across touchpoints. Maintain brand standards and ensure all assets are aligned with established guidelines.Production Designer Top 3 Must-Haves: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator required). Strong typography and print production skills. Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a friendly, outgoing personality. Preferred Experience: Experience with Adobe After Effects or motion design is a plus. Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with design for both B2B and B2C audiences. Skills & Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required; After Effects a plus). Knowledge of print production best practices. Ability to adapt designs for various formats and platforms. Strong organizational and communication skills. Your expertise in visual storytelling will directly impact how customers engage with our brand and products.
