Job Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and email marketing strategies. This role requires expertise in data-driven marketing, analytics, and multi-platform advertising.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, Yelp Ads, and Bing Ads campaigns
• Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic
• Optimize Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Bing Listings for better local search visibility
• Utilize Google Analytics, HubSpot, Klaviyo, and MailChimp for performance tracking
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing for ad performance
• Collaborate with the creative team to align ad strategies with brand messaging
• Manage email marketing campaigns to boost engagement and conversions
• Track ROAS, ad budgets, and performance metrics to optimize results

Requirements:

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, HubSpot, Klaviyo, and MailChimp
• Experience in local SEO, multi-platform advertising, and digital strategy
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for maximum performance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Monday.com for reporting and project tracking
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
