24 Seven is partnering up with a well-known company to help them find a Creative Operations & Project Manager to join their team onsite in Phoenix, Arizona. The is a full-time, 6 month contract with potential to extend working 3-4 days onsite. While on contract, you'd be eligible for benefits including vision, dental, medical and more.


Ideal Candidate: 4–5+ years of project management experience on in-house creative teams or at agencies, with proven skills using tools like Asana, Wrike, or Workfront—Workfront experience is a plus.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end marketing inventory process, from initial concept and production to ongoing replenishment.
  • Coordinate prototyping, sampling, and testing efforts aligned with project requirements.
  • Oversee project documentation, resource allocation, timelines, and scope management.
  • Initiate and approve production of marketing materials as necessary.
  • Ensure financial accuracy by managing purchase orders and approving invoices.
  • Apply creative and analytical thinking to solve problems strategically while fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Anticipate and address potential challenges, mitigate risks, and develop backup plans to ensure project success.
  • Deliver regular updates on project progress, including milestones, timelines, deliverables, resource needs, and potential issues.
  • Align internal and external stakeholder expectations throughout the lifecycle of projects and programs.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in presentations, meetings, and status reviews.
  • Maintain full awareness of responsibilities while staying informed about broader team initiatives and goals.
  • Conduct research on industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in processes and operations.


Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, operations or related discipline or equivalent professional experience. Preferred, not required.

• 4-5+ years project management experience on an in-house creative team or creative agency account/project management role.

• Knowledge of cross-functional creative processes and marketing practices in retail.

• Knowledge of the print production and procurement process.

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs, MAC proficient and skilled using MS Office applications.

• Experience managing projects in a project management software platform like Workfront, Asana, Wrike is required. Workfront experience is a bonus.

• Experience managing the delivery of simple to large, complex, cross-functional creative projects.

• Strong understanding of the creative development and replenishment process.

• Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.

• Experience managing vendor partnerships through regularly cadenced communication and set connection points.

• Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) with the ability to create presentations with little advance notice.

• Experience managing processes, resources and schedules with proven problem-solving and resourcefulness.
