Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads a team of 10 including art directors, copy writers, photographer, graphic designer and video editor
  • Oversees the development and concepting of brand and product campaigns
  • Responsible for all asset and creative executions for DTC and retail partner content from ecommerce to social to paid media
  • Translates marketing objectives into clear creative strategies and outputs
  • Champions brand strategies and leads the execution of marketing creative deliverables
  • Oversee the resourcing and development of the team across various projects
  • Owns the overall brand guidelines
  • Ensures that art direction and design approaches support core brand strategies and business goals
  • Partners closely with the brand marketing and product marketing team to ensure a cohesive visual identity and tone for the brand
  • Identifying and partnering with external creative agencies and production houses as needed


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience at a client-side/in-brand creative group, directing a broad range of work from Print to Digital and full 360 campaigns
  • Experience directing and producing on-model shoots and campaigns
  • Juvenile industry experience and/or working on set with kids preferred
  • Familiarity working in a retail driven business environment and used to hitting deadlines, meeting objectives and KPIs
  • Proven leadership of a creative team, driving innovation and brand differentiation while meeting budget and deadline expectations
  • Extraordinary conceptual skills. A positive, inspirational leadership style that brings teams and department together
  • An energetic flexible and approachable work style.
  • Direct experience strategically developing creative solutions and campaigns across TV, print, digital, radio, out of home, retail, tradeshows/Events


Required Skills & Technical Competencies

  • Strong problem analysis skills and contingency planning- ability to dissect complex problems into manageable components.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
