Success in this role is measured by your ability to win new business, expand existing relationships, and deliver rewarding client experiences. markets. Lead and collaborate on the development of front-end programming, planning, schematic design, and preconstruction of projects. Develop and execute client development and sales strategy to achieve business goals. Develop long-standing client relationships based on trust and technical excellence. Focus on overall project success related to scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and operational performance. Analyze and develop specialized technical solutions to meet client objectives. Mentor and provide guidance to other AEC professionals within the firm. Lead and coordinate market and trend analysis; client and business development planning. Requirements 15+ years of experience in the development, design, and construction of facilities. Leadership skills with a drive to grow and expand client relationships. Understanding of facility operational requirements and various industry regulatory requirements. Strong verbal and written communication skills. BS or MS degree in a related Engineering discipline, Architecture, Construction Management, or related technical degree.
