@properties Christie’s International Real Estate, Chicago’s #1 Real Estate brokerage, is looking for a talented Video Editor responsible for producing high-quality videos for property listings, corporate projects, marketing campaigns, and company events. You will play a critical role in creating visually compelling content that showcases our properties and brand. The ideal candidate will have strong video editing and motion graphics skills, with experience in visual storytelling for real estate listings, as well as producing polished, professional videos for internal and external corporate use. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Knowledge of social media trends and short form video content is critical to the success of this role.

*CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED ONLY IF PORTFOLIO LINK IS SUBMITTED** Key Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of post-production on projects, including edit, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and final delivery Collaborate with marketing team and real estate agents to understand project requirements and deliver compelling, polished video content Drive new standards of quality, suggesting innovative and exciting editing techniques to elevate video content Maintain and organize video assets in a structured manner for easy access and future use. Adapt content for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, website, etc.), ensuring videos are optimized for each. Work within tight deadlines to produce high-quality work while maintaining attention to detail. Stay up to date with the latest trends in real estate video production and video editing software. Manage multiple video editing projects simultaneously while ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. Qualifications: 5+ Years experience as a Video Editor in a professional setting Bachelor’s degree in Video Production or related field Strong portfolio showcasing video content (real estate experience is a plus). Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) Strong storytelling skills and attention to timing, pacing, and transitions Demonstrated knowledge of video production techniques, including color correction, sound design, and motion graphics. Experience in social media content creation (short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) Excellent communication skills and ability to take direction from clients and stakeholders Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively. A creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and real estate marketing.
