Brand Marketing Manager – On Site

Our signature product, BUILT Puff, has a delicious taste and unique, indulgent marshmallowy texture that has everyone talking on social. Born as a DTC brand, BUILT is expanding rapidly across the U.S. with distribution in Walmart, Sam’s, and Costco to name just a few.
The Brand Marketing Manager plays an important role in manifesting the brand’s strategic vision across touchpoints and infusing it into the cultural zeitgeist. They will help lead social and influencer strategy, retail marketing program strategy, and support new campaigns, inclusive of new product launches and brand campaign extensions. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help drive brand awareness, trial, social engagement, and cultural relevance with our target audience.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the latest in content creation, social trends, breakthrough insights and analyzing brand health across non-traditional and traditional channels to find areas of opportunity. This candidate has a track record of successfully bringing campaigns and new products to market and amplifying them across touchpoints.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Brand; with potential to also have the Social Media Manager and Marketing Associate report into this role.
What You Will Do:
- Develop social and influencer marketing strategies that breakthrough, are on brand, and make us even more popular with our target audience than ever before
- Monitor social and brand performance and recommend optimizations informed by a deep understanding of positioning, target audience, category and competitors
- Create robust shopper marketing plans, with the support of the Marketing Associate, that help drive conversion at shelf
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager, who oversees social media content and influencer execution, collabs, sponsorships, and community management
- Work closely with the Marketing Associate, who oversees shopper marketing programs, coupon programs, and copy and brief development for new products
- Attends all related cross-functional meetings

- Proficient in marketing tools and software, including but are not limited to; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of brand management experience; with at least one year of people management experience.
- Experience working for or with creative and media agencies, internal and/or external
- Experience working for a CPG brand, either directly or as a client
- Experience in leading social and influencer campaigns that get recognized
- Experience in managing marketing budgets for national brands
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, with the ability to easily transition between multiple tasks and problem solve
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Proactive, problem-solving, self-starter
