ITG is making its foray into the United States and needs a motivated Growth Manager to help bring the "go-to-market" strategy to life. This role will be a bit of a hybrid one, where you will blend the business development aspects with the marketing aspects as we establish our brand presence to drive inbound inquiries and topline revenue. You will be responsible for prospect development, pipeline management, and client acquisition while flexing your marketing prowess to define pitch strategies and shape brand moments to capture attention and convert new business opportunities. Requirements
The Day-to-Day: You'll vet the opportunity, craft the proposal, devise a plan to win, and shepherd the pitch from kickoff to closing. You'll lead responses to client inquiries including Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), capabilities presentations, client briefs, brainstorming and working sessions, and final proposals. You're the first one to do background research on a new client, setting us up for smart recommendations and smarter content. You're keeping an eye on the industry, understanding when key decision makers are making moves and what challenges brands are facing, allowing us to have timely, relevant conversations in the market. You'll partner cross-functionally to ensure that the trains run on time, owning crucial intricacies like setting up timelines, tracking the budget, and keeping the team in sync. Who You Are: You've got at least three (3+) years in advertising/marketing agency business development. You've got a knack for writing winning pitches and responses to RFIs and RFPs. You're ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work, driven by an innate need to succeed. You've got a Bachelor's Degree. Your new team members would rave about your: Hustle.
