Salary of $70-80K
Objectives:
To oversee the operational and administrative property management functions as specified in the management contract in order to assure an efficient, smooth-running property. Preserve the general well-being of the overall community and individual homeowners.
Reports to:
EPM’s appointed Supervisor. Community Manager has dotted line reporting relationship to Board of Directors, but is ultimately accountable to EPM.
Qualifications:
- Effectively communicate orally and in writing with Board Members, owners, tenants and contractors.
- Maintain a positive and cordial businesslike relationship with owners and tenants.
- Able to inspect property for maintenance and repair needs, as well as rules violations.
- Oversee contractors working on the property.
- Work independently without supervision, as necessary.
- Work cooperatively with other EPM employees.
- Sound computer skills with knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Perform basic administrative functions for community association.
- CMCA, AMS and/or PCAM designation through Community Associations Institute (CAI) is preferred.
