Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Publicist Assistant for a VP at an entertainment industry PR firm. This individual will be handling calendar management, phone screenings, car bookings, and any other necessary administrative tasks for the publicist. We are looking for someone customer service focused who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This will begin as a 1-month contract and has to the potential to convert into a permanent role! They offer extensive training and growth opportunities for individuals seeking a long-term career as a publicist.
Must Haves:
- 1-2 years of assistant or administrative experience, ideally in the entertainment or PR industry
- Strong customer service skills and experience handling calls with high-net-worth clients
- Ability to handle high-volume of tasks and a fast-paced environment
Plusses:
- In studio or entertainment experience
- Desire to grow into a publicist
