Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Our leading DTC and wholesale luxury lifestyle home care brand is seeking a dynamic digital marketing manager to join their team with experience in the high end luxury space. Responsibilities: Deliver digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions Focus on customer acquisition and engagement for DTC, ecommerce and Amazon channels Manage email & SMS marketing channels for increase in customer retention and loyalty Strategize on personalized promotions and re-engagement on existing customers Own the entire digital lifecycle working with brand marketing Support Director to create and deliver paid media campaigns Grow brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase ROI across all digital platforms Oversee digital marketing calendar for timely execution of assets and campaigns Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create unified digital campaigns that aid product launches and seasonal promotions Strategize on performance from digital channels Present findings and ideas for improvement to achieve sales goals and customer targets Knowledge of digital marketing trends to help development in driving fresh ideas Evolving with the retail landscape Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, with 3+ years of marketing field Experience delivering digital marketing strategies, preferably in a DTC or prestige beauty Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tactics (email, SMS, paid search & social campaigns) and systems (i.e., Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Shopify, Attentive) Experience working with external agencies Working closely with all cross-functional partners Keen analytical and organizational skills Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and see through project completion Able to work independently and take ownership to positively influence end-to-end results Solutions driven with mindset to continuously improve processes Please submit your resume for consideration.
