Overview
We’re looking for a growth driver. Are you a strategic, data-obsessed builder who lives and breathes performance? As our Director of Digital/Performance Marketing, you’ll be the driving force behind scaling our lead generation engine, building new revenue streams, and transforming how we acquire customers across channels.
This role is perfect for someone who has scaled lead-based businesses, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, and thrives on relentless optimization and forward motion. You bring a positive, unstoppable mindset, a deep command of marketing technology and attribution, and a proven ability to lead teams to big wins.
If you’re the kind of leader who wakes up thinking about CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion paths—and you’re ready to take ownership of a roadmap that includes multiple launches and aggressive growth goals—this is your seat at the table.
Key Responsibilities
Own and scale all paid media efforts across Paid Search (Google/Bing), Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display, Affiliate, Influencer, and CTV to drive qualified lead volume, reduce CAC, and maximize ROAS. Manage and optimize multi-million annual paid media spend with precision, agility, and a deep understanding of media mix and incrementality.. Build a full-funnel performance marketing engine across awareness, acquisition, and retargeting—shifting spend based on data-driven methodologies, not gut. Own attribution transformation, implementing multi-touch attribution (MTA) and AI-driven insights to better value TOFU/mid-funnel performance and shift budget intelligently. Develop rapid experimentation systems—testing audiences, creatives, formats, and landing pages to accelerate performance learnings and wins. Lead, coach, and scale a team of paid media and analytics specialists, setting a culture of ownership, excellence, and accountability. Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, sales, product, and creative teams to optimize conversion paths and customer journeys. Report performance with clear metrics, insights, and next steps—driving transparency and trust with senior leadership. Stay ahead of the curve on martech, platform changes, targeting capabilities, and growth trends to innovate and outperform continually. Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring To The Team
7+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing with a strong track record of driving scalable growth in lead-based businesses 3+ years of managing high-performing in-house digital/ performance marketing teams of paid media specialists or analysts Proven ownership of multi-million dollar annual budgets across paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic, etc.) Deep expertise in lead generation strategy, funnel optimization, and full-funnel conversion workflows Mastery of attribution modeling, including experience implementing or optimizing multi-touch attribution (MTA) and incrementality testing Highly proficient in platforms: Salesforce, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Looker, CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO), Content Management Systems, and affiliate/partner tracking Strong analytical acumen—you don’t just look at dashboards, you build and act on them Hands-on execution chops: you can jump into an account, diagnose issues, and optimize campaigns without hesitation Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills A builder’s mindset: you’re proactive, adaptable, and always pushing for better results with a positive, solutions-first approach
