Job Description
- Develop, launch, and optimize Google Ads Search, Performance Max, and Local Services Ads (LSA) for lead generation.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to increase lead quality and conversions.
- A/B test ad copy, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages to maximize ROAS and lower CPL.
- Troubleshoot campaign performance issues and implement proactive strategies to ensure consistent results.
- Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track user behavior, events, and conversion goals.
- Analyze Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, RavenTools, and RankMath to optimize ad performance and refine targeting.
- Provide data-driven reports with actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency.
- Using CallTracking Metrics and CallRail for Call Tracking to analyze lead quality and optimize ad spend.
- Optimize and manage Google My Business (GMB) listings to improve local search visibility and ad performance.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive engagement.
- Implement automated follow-up sequences to improve conversion rates.
- Optimize subject lines, content, and timing for higher open and click-through rates.
- Work with the team to enhance landing pages for better ad conversions.
- Write compelling ad copy, headlines, and CTAs tailored to audience intent.
- Use basic SEO principles to ensure landing pages align with Google Ads best practices.
- Track CPL, ROAS, CTR, CAC, and adjust campaign strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing trends to apply the latest best practices.
✅ Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Performance Max, Local Services Ads, and Meta Ads targeting.
✅ Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and UTM tracking.
✅ Experience with email marketing tools (HubSpot, iContact, Mailchimp, etc.).
✅ Strong copywriting skills for ad content, email campaigns, and landing pages.
✅ Familiarity with WordPress/Elementor for making landing page optimizations.
✅ Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for tracking setup.
✅ Experience with photo/video editing tools like Adobe Express or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
✅ Agency experience and client reporting skills are a plus.
