Develop, implement, and iterate on a comprehensive strategy for affiliate marketing and influencer partnershipsLeverage data and market insights to identify high-opportunity segments and craft strategies that resonate with diverse customer profiles. Continuously refine tactics to drive customer acquisition and optimize the ROI of affiliate and influencer campaignsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Legal, Finance) to ensure the strategy is feasible, scalable, and aligned with broader business objectivesLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of affiliate and influencer marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvementOversee the day-to-day operations of the affiliate and influencer marketing programs, ensuring that processes are efficient, scalable, and compliant with legal standardsMonitor and analyze the performance of affiliate and influencer campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies, scale program, and improve ROIManage and seek measurement mechanisms to continuously better our understanding of affiliate efforts on both short- and long-term impact on the greater growth team channel mix, to support overall team growth goalsPrepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvementIdentify and mitigate risks associated with global operations, ensuring that all activities comply with legal, ethical, and brand standardsEstablish and nurture strategic relationships with key affiliate partners and influencersOversee negotiation and contract management, ensuring favorable terms that align with company objectives and deliver value to both partiesRequirements
7+ years of experience in B2C marketing for ecommerce3+ years of experience in a people management roleExperience with subscription services or an organization with high repurchase rates strongly preferredDeep understanding of the affiliate marketing space and the ability to stay current on rapidly changing trends thereinExperience establishing and effectively measuring KPIs to directly drive revenueCurious and improvement focused approach to looking at dataProven track record of scaling an affiliate programProactive, get-it-done attitude that inspires othersExecutive presence, ability to present findings and recommendations with confidence and precisionSalary: $135,000 - $165,000 a yearWhat We OfferOur ValuesWe are a mission-driven company and strive to embody our values in every step of the process.
