• Prospect, market, and secure new insurance accounts
• Provide comprehensive risk management solutions tailored to clients' needs
• Sell and service Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Life, Health, and Payroll Services
• Maintain relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and policy reviews
• Stay updated on carrier appetites and industry trends to optimize coverage offerings
• Adhere to compliance standards and ethical business practices
• Utilize agency-provided tools and systems to streamline quoting, servicing, and client communications

Requirements:

• Proven experience in insurance sales and account management
• Strong knowledge of carrier appetites, risk assessment, and policy structuring
• Entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation and a proactive approach to business development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills
• Ability to work independently while effectively engaging with the agencys resources
• Commitment to professionalism, compliance, and ethical industry standards
• Familiarity with Applied EPIC, Microsoft Office, Indio, VOIP phone systems (preferred but not required)
