Architect and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy, combining both inbound and outbound approaches Own and optimize multiple marketing channels including paid search, social media, email campaigns, and ABM initiatives Drive data-informed decisions by managing key performance metrics aligned with revenue goals Build and refine the marketing technology stack to ensure scalability Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate and nurture high-quality leads Work directly with the founding team to shape and execute go-to-market strategy Ideal Candidate Background
3+ years of B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or marketing operations experience Proven track record scaling demand generation efforts at seed to Series B companies Demonstrated success managing multiple marketing channels (paid search, content, SEO, outbound campaigns) Experience working with API-first companies and understanding of the technical B2B landscape Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience at notable API-first companies Track record of successful ABM campaign execution Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms Event marketing and conference strategy experience Compensation & Benefits
