The highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Specialist will have a proven track record in digital advertising and a passion for leveraging data-driven strategies to deliver exceptional campaign performance. The Paid Media Specialist will develop, manage, and optimize digital media campaigns across platforms to drive measurable results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Execute digital media strategies in line with client objectives and budget constraints. Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Search, Microsoft Search, Meta, Demand Gen, Performance Max, Programmatic Display, and other digital channels. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify new target audiences and opportunities for paid media growth. Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, strategy, account management, and data intelligence to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution. Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI metrics; analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital media and advertising. Create and present reports and campaign summaries to clients, highlighting key achievements, learnings, and next steps. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing. Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Certifications are highly desirable. Proven experience managing large budgets and driving results in paid media campaigns. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with email marketing tools and strategies is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication, project management, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
