Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in network management and unified communications. Strong knowledge of VoIP and SIP implementation. Experience with Microsoft Teams Implementation. Experience with Telephony systems, specifically Avaya. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Project management experience, with the ability to lead and coordinate projects.
