Marketing Intern (Summer, Part-Time)

We pride ourselves on connecting exceptional talent with innovative organizations and delivering high-touch, customized support to our clients and consultants. Position Overview: We're looking for a motivated and creative person to join our team as a Marketing Intern. This part-time summer role will support a variety of marketing initiatives including social media engagement, website updates, digital outreach to clients, and the creation of marketing collateral. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has taken at least one marketing course, and has a strong understanding of current social media trends-plus a knack for telling brand stories in an authentic and engaging way. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) Monitor and engage with comments, likes, and shares to build community Collaborate with internal teams to understand our niche markets and support targeted marketing strategies Help with website updates, blog posts, and SEO-related tasks Create visually appealing collateral such as one-pagers, infographics, and presentations Assist with email marketing and outreach campaigns Requirements: Strong personal social media presence and familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva Excellent written communication and creative skills Ability to understand and adapt to the Fidelis brand voice and tone Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively Preferred Qualifications: Experience with LinkedIn for professional branding or content Familiarity with website platforms such as WordPress Interest in staffing, recruiting, or B2B services
