Content Creator Role Overview We’re seeking a creative and strategic Content Creator to produce high-impact digital content that drives eCommerce growth and boosts brand engagement across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts. This in-office role, based in Chatsworth, CA, is ideal for someone passionate about crafting trend-driven content that converts.
Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute engaging product, lifestyle, and BTS content tailored for each platform.
Social Engagement: Foster community growth by interacting with audiences through comments, DMs, and mentions.
Campaign Innovation: Brainstorm and launch creative social-first campaigns to enhance brand visibility and sales.
Analytics & Optimization: Track performance metrics (engagement, CTR, conversions) and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
On-Camera Work: Confidently appear in both organic and paid content to elevate brand storytelling.
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in content creation for eCommerce, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
Expertise in Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts, with a strong grasp of platform algorithms.
Skilled in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva) and photography/videography.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, focused on content that drives engagement and sales.
Bachelor’s degree required.
