Job Description Social Media Manager Role Overview D2C Fashion Brand seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead content creation and platform strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. This role focuses on boosting brand presence, fostering community engagement, and driving both organic growth and paid customer acquisition. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and influencers, manage ad campaigns, and track performance metrics—all while staying ahead of social media trends. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies, produce short-form videos, and design engaging visuals aligned with the brand’s identity. Social Media Management: Oversee daily posting, engage with followers, and optimize strategies based on performance analytics. Collaboration & Influencer Relations: Partner with internal teams and influencers to align content with campaigns and source user-generated content (UGC). Paid Media & Analytics: Manage and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, while tracking and reporting on performance. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in social media content creation and strategy, ideally in fashion, beauty, or wellness. Proficient in graphic design and video editing tools (Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro). Strong copywriting skills tailored for social platforms.
