General Overview:
The Marketing Manager at this company will play a strategic and hands-on role in driving the company’s growth, oversee marketing initiatives across diverse markets, and manage a revenue of $24M to reach $35M-$40M over the next 5 years. This is a highly involved, execution-driven position within a small, dynamic team, requiring someone who is both a strategic thinker and an active participant in daily marketing operations. This role requires a strong background in digital marketing, performance analytics, AI applications, and advanced Excel skills to monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing performance. Your responsibilities include developing and executing innovative media strategies, maximizing the value of customer databases, and leading grassroots marketing efforts to elevate our brand’s reach and impact.
Main Responsibilities:
· Serve as a core member of the leadership team, responsible for marketing strategy, brand positioning, and business growth for the Atlanta Group.
· Provide annual business planning projections for all markets, including spending, booking, and overall revenue estimates. Carry out marketing plans to achieve or exceed business targets.
· Work with the VP of Marketing and marketing consultants to identify traditional media opportunities and negotiate annual contracts.
· Plan and execute cost-effective media programs to build brand awareness and drive profitable growth.
o Lead and optimize digital marketing initiatives (PPC, SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and remarketing).
o Leverage performance analytics to measure ROI and refine marketing tactics using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling, and performance dashboards).
o Develop new media plans for emerging markets and optimize ad performance across TV, radio, and digital platforms.
· Ensure a strong social media and web presence by maintaining review sites (Google, Yelp, Facebook, Angie’s List), managing weekly social media posts, and exploring new digital marketing trends.
· Drive repeat customer engagement and referral programs via the CRM system including print and email campaigns.
· Collaborate with media companies to create compelling video, audio, and graphic content that aligns with our brand standards.
· Oversee local marketing campaigns (home shows, school programs, community initiatives, and home shows), exploring grassroots tactics to increase brand visibility.
· Monitor competitor activity and protect patents, trademarks, and intellectual property.
· Uphold brand consistency across all customer-facing materials, ensuring alignment with business goals.
· Lead and mentor team members in the Marketing Department, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
· 5-7 years of strategic marketing experience demonstrates a proven ability to develop initiatives that drive revenue growth.
- Advanced proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Strong background in performance analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
- Expertise in AI marketing tools, automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Google Ads AI Bidding), and CRM optimization.
· Strong experience in media buying, grassroots marketing, and leveraging client databases.
· Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
