Location: Cupertino, CA- hybrid schedule

Duration: 6 month contract- 40 hours/weekly

Pay Rate: $80.98-$85.98/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising plans and readiness for launches, campaigns, and resets.
• Define and brief customer experience needs—signage, digital content, displays, and fixtures.
• Share strategic updates regularly with leadership and field teams.
• Streamline processes to improve cross-functional collaboration.
• Build global strategy to enhance brand identity and immersive customer experiences.
• Shape the future store experience roadmap using insights and trends.
• Design and evolve global store layouts for brand impact and profitability.
• Maintain consistent communication with Geo teams and Field Merchandising for local execution.
• Strengthen partnerships and improve implementation across Retail and cross-functional teams.
• Set clear priorities to drive results, team alignment, and shared goals.
• Support store resets, visits, and new store openings as needed.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related degree preferred) or industry equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong understanding of the consumer and how visual merchandising supports an outstanding customer experience and drives business.
• Ability to drive strategy and develop and influence business relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Proven ability to establish rapport, credibility, and influence others to get results across a large matrixed organization in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent decision quality with experience in planning and organizing.
• Process-centric, with the ability to flex from high-level strategy to fine attention to detail.
• Experience presenting in formal and informal settings and adept to flex across various audiences and levels of the organization.
• Thrives working during intensive periods under bold deadlines.
• Previous experience in global brand execution and merchandising focus.
