Key Responsibilities:
Proactively search for and identify top design talent through various channels including online platforms, professional networks, and industry eventsScreen and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit through interviews and portfolio evaluationsManage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and personalized communicationCollaborate with hiring managers to gather in-depth requirements for each position and develop targeted sourcing strategiesUtilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to track and manage candidate dataStay up-to-date with design industry trends and developments to ensure a deep understanding of the talent landscapeContribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategiesBuild and maintain a strong network of design professionals and industry contactsRequirements:
Previous experience as a Talent Scout or Recruiter in the design industryStrong knowledge of design principles and the ability to assess design portfoliosDemonstrated ability to identify and attract top design talentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managersProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment softwareStrong networking and relationship-building skillsBachelor's degree in Design, Human Resources, or related field preferredRelevant professional certifications or design industry memberships are a plusExperience in the digital or creative industries is highly desirableBenefits:
