is seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This role provides essential administrative and operational support to the
Marketing and Communications Department . In collaboration with the Communication team, the
Marketing & Communications Coordinator
will plan, implement, and develop content for our organization. The ideal candidate will actively promote a positive organizational image through social media, employee engagement, and both internal and external presence.
Schedule:
Full-Time Hybrid position (2 days in office a week as scheduled by direct supervisor), Monday - Friday during standard business hours with occasional weekends required to attend events as needed

Hiring Range:
$50,336.00 - $54,362.88 ($24.20/hour - $26.14/hour) depending on qualifications and experience

Main Job Duties: Social Media - Support social media accounts, recommend content and respond to private messages, tweets, and various inquiries that come in through social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Follow appropriate approval process for all posts and responses before publishing. Internal Communications - Support internal stakeholders on new and on-going strategies and initiatives in association with other members of the marketing and communications team. Content & Creativity - Develop graphic design creative for internal and external messaging in association with key stakeholders and the Communications Manager. This may include newsletters, brochures, flyers, website content and social media. Attend organization and community events and provide support with photography and videography. Best Practice - Maintain knowledge of best practices related to internal communications; maintain an active awareness of trends and issues related to the mental health community. Project Coordination - Successfully support multiple projects and integrated efforts with other initiatives throughout the organization by working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Measurement - Assist with the evaluation of communication strategies and tactics by soliciting feedback from key stakeholders, through employee engagement surveys and monitoring outcomes. Attendance is an essential function of this position. Other duties as assigned. Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, English or related field 1-3 years prior relevant experience as a communications assistant, executive assistant or similar Must have a valid and current driver's license and auto insurance. Local travel around the Twin Cities metro area will be about 10-20% of the role. Preferred Qualifications:
