Your Role
As our Marketing Manager, you'll own the marketing function from strategy to execution, with a strong focus on driving lead generation and customer acquisition. This is your opportunity to build and lead a marketing department while creating campaigns that resonate with our industry and customers.
What You'll Do
- Strategize and Execute: Develop comprehensive marketing plans that boost customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee SEO, SEM, content creation, paid campaigns, and CRM tools (preferably Zoho) to enhance lead generation and conversion.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with HR, Sales, IT, and Operations to create assets and streamline communications.
- Brand Leadership: Manage our website, content strategy, and vendor relationships for collateral production and branding.
- Event Management: Plan, attend, and analyze the success of trade shows, conventions, and other promotional events.
- Social Media & Content Creation: Drive brand awareness and lead generation through engaging content across digital platforms.
- Team Building: As the department grows, hire, train, and lead a team of marketing professionals.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or equivalent in a related field.
- Knowledge of data center, IT, or infrastructure industries.
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing with a proven track record in developing and implementing sales-driven marketing strategies and projects.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, PPC, content, social media, and email marketing. Experience with CRM systems, particularly Zoho, is preferred.
- Technical skills in website management, analytics, and performance optimization. Proficiency in content creation, including photography and digital media.
- Experience in researching, sourcing, and managing vendor relationships for marketing support, collateral, and branding.
- Ability to independently manage all marketing functions with a vision to build and lead a marketing team as the department grows, as well as proven leadership and business acumen skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.
- Excellent written and oral communication, presentations, organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- A portfolio or samples demonstrating successful digital marketing, lead-generation campaigns, and graphic design work.
