We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to join our team. You’ll assist in managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and helping to elevate our online presence. Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Help curate content that aligns with our brand voice and showcases our market research services.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and interactions.
- Assist in the creation of engaging graphics and visual content (using design tools like Canva or Adobe Spark).
- Help track and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Stay up to date on trends, hashtags, and popular content within the marketing and market research space.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to help execute social media campaigns and promotions.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and special research reports via social media.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the social media team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their features (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
- Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with an interest in content creation and visual design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar) is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the social media and marketing fields.
