Location: Woonsocket, RI
Pay Rate: $31.25 per hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Designer I to join our Retail Pharmacy Layout and Design team. This role is responsible for managing pharmacy layout design metrics under the supervision of the Manager of Retail Pharmacy Layout. The Designer I will validate and maintain layout metrics across all retail pharmacy locations, ensuring they support workflow efficiency based on script volume and customer interactions.

Work Schedule:

• Hybrid role: 3 days in-office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), remote on Monday and Friday.
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate existing layout metrics across 9,000+ retail pharmacies.
• Access and analyze CAD drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Review in-store camera footage to verify metrics and update as needed.
• Communicate clearly, both written and verbally, with internal personnel, field management, and vendor representatives.
• Follow clear and concise directions with minimal supervision.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor or manager.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years’ experience using AutoCAD design software.
• 1+ years’ experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret various data sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience with AutoCAD design software.
• 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• 1+ years’ experience working in a retail pharmacy environment.
