Job Title: Graphics Specialist (Litigation)
Client: Deloitte-51598
Duration: 2-month initial contract through 5/31/25 – potential extension through May 2027( 2+ysr Ext.)
Pay Rate: $As per budget exp. most competitive rate (W2 hourly)
Location: San Francisco / San Jose (Work from home, but local to Bay Area preferred)

Job Description:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Digital Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related concentration.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
- High proficiency in graphic design, infographics, and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS PowerPoint.
- Preferred experience in WordPress, Webflow, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and Dreamweaver.
- Ability to create, design, and modify mockups for web-based platforms.
- Must provide samples of independently designed graphics.
- Ability to self-manage projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong collaboration skills in a team setting.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
The Litigation Graphics Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining creative and engaging graphics for litigation proceedings. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and producing timelines, document excerpts, diagrams, scene recreations, and other artifacts for court presentations.
- Video editing and format conversions as needed.
- Supporting Audio Visual system setup, support, and takedown, along with basic IT support (e.g., printers, networking, connectivity).
- Ensuring all evidence is presented efficiently and clearly in court.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Revising and improving diagrams and figures in expert reports.
- Developing opening and closing slides (estimated 100-150 slides).
- Enhancing existing graphics (estimated 80-100 slides).
- Consulting with client experts and third-party witnesses to refine graphics (estimated 50 or fewer slides).
- Collaborating with economic and industry experts to interpret data for graphical representation.
- Using MS Office PowerPoint 2019 (with an expected update to PowerPoint 365).
- Providing realistic time estimates for graphic development requests.
- Meeting all established deadlines.
- Maintaining 24/7 availability during the local San Jose, CA trial, likely requiring at least two people familiar with ongoing work.
Expected Deliverables:
- Electronic graphics files in a format compatible with MS Office PowerPoint 2019 and/or 365.
- Graphics suitable for printing and mounting on trial boards.
