Description The AD/Sr. AD, Regional Marketing - Oncology develops and implements brand plan tactics for a US specialty brand or indication that meet regional business objectives, complementing national strategies. The role requires experience in the discipline, external engagement to gather customer insights, and aligning regional efforts with national goals. Contribute to and execute regional programs supporting national strategies. Engage with external experts and customers to refine brand tactics. Monitor market trends, competition, and product performance. Communicate insights and collaborate on strategy implementation. Utilize analytics to forecast market dynamics and identify opportunities. Collaborate on market research and interpret findings. Promote cross-functional communication and strategic alignment. Engage with clinical stakeholders, patient organizations, and advisors to improve patient support programs. Coordinate with sales and patient access teams to optimize strategies and support services. Manage product forecasts, budgets, and compliance with regulations. Achieve brand performance targets and uphold high ethical standards. Develop strategies with innovative approaches within operational frameworks. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. 5+ years (AD level) or 8+ years (Sr. AD level) experience in US pharmaceutical marketing, with specialty marketing experience preferred. Experience with digital marketing initiatives and analytics strongly preferred. Strong project management and budgeting skills. Ability to work in a matrixed organization and travel up to 50%.
