Overview
Perform communications duties for a logistics company, writing, editing, and reviewing communications materials for internal and external use. Develop creative and engaging content for communications such as client service announcements, promotional materials, notices of change in services, as well as customs, forwarding, warehousing, and other transportation-related information. Maintain cooperative business communications and relationships with carriers. Communicate with clients to address questions, with the goal of improving communication efficacy and consistency. Develop public relations and communication strategies aimed at improving client satisfaction and retention. Assist with marketing and promotional projects as needed.
Associate degree in Communication/English related
