Overview
As the Firm continues to grow, we are seeking a Marketiing Assistant who is a self-starter with good judgement and an interest in a professional services career. The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing department in a variety of administrative tasks including graphic design, website coordination, digital marketing, and event planning in effort to promote the Firm's services, enhance its reputation, and attract new clients. The ideal candidate must possess critical thinking skills, effective analytical skills, and the ability to convey complex information clearly. This position works closely with, and will report to, the Business Development & Marketing Director to ensure all goals of the Marketing department are met. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Graphics:Design and develop firm advertisements.Utilize AI to repurpose content and develop infographics.Create, maintain, and distribute firm marketing materials and brochures as needed.Assist attorneys with enhancing presentations for clients and prospects
Website:Update content for the firm, practice areas, and attorneys.Develop concepts to enhance the website.Manage the optimization, implementation, and strategy for SEO, Google ads, and LinkedIn ads.Collaborate with vendor(s) to monitor website performance and changes.Measure and analyzes website performance using analytics.Assist attorneys with enhancing presentations for clients and prospects
Event Planning:Distribute invitations, process registrations, and maintain registration lists.Coordinate production and delivery of event materials.Attend events as needed and assist with any post-event follow up.Plan and execute client-facing events, industry conferences, sponsorships, speaking engagements, client entertainment, and other event activities.Coordinate logistics for all attorney quarterly meetings.
Other Administrative duties:Coordinate professional photo shoot for lawyers as needed.Manage office inventory and delivery of client gifts.Coordinate and distribute sports and entertainment tickets for attorneys and clients.Support and/or back-up marketing department peers as needed.Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Skills and
Experience:Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Co-Pilot, and Google Analytics.A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics (portfolio of work samples will be requested).General understanding of legal competitive landscape preferred.Strong organization skillsStrong attention to detailGood judgmentStrong interpersonal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAble to work harmoniously and effectively with othersAble to preserve confidentiality and exercise discretionAble to work under pressureAble to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities
Education and Years of Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a professional environment or law firm; three (3) years preferred.
