Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer collaborates closely with our Creative Lead, Social Media and Marketing Coordinator, and Videographer. You will actively design materials for internal and external marketing initiatives. Additionally, this position offers the opportunity to learn about cutting-edge marketing tools and understand how to connect marketing strategies with measurable business results.
This role is based in our Abbotsford location and this role is a fully onsite role.
Requirements
Lead the creation of high-quality graphic assets that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate our marketing message across digital and print platforms.
· Work closely with the Creative Lead to conceptualize and execute visual elements for marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in design across all touchpoints.
· Utilize AI tools and advanced compositing techniques to generate images for marketing campaigns, enhancing visual appeal and engagement.
· Maintain and update internal brand guidelines and documentation to ensure design consistency across all marketing materials.
· Edit and enhance product photos for the online store, preparing them for optimal distribution across digital platforms.
· Collaborate with the Videographer to design compelling graphics for video content, including creating engaging video thumbnails.
· Partner with the Social Media & Marketing team to develop graphics that support social media initiatives, including event promotions, product launches, and engagement-driven posts.
· Design and produce a variety of print and display materials for both internal and external clients, including brochures, posters, POP displays, banners, decals, and apparel.
· Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.
· Take on additional tasks as needed, supporting the overall marketing strategy with your design expertise.
· Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
