JOB SUMMARY
Schematic Design Skills. Develop contract documents (in REVIT) from preliminary/schematic stage through permitting and construction administration. Generate high-quality, industry leading 3D renderings and virtual tours, both interior and exterior. Develop and have full knowledge of site development layout and graphics, zoning, and other land development regulations. Handle the bidding process. Request, receive and evaluate bids. Develop CSI specifications. Shop drawing review. Assist with shop drawing reviews on projects as needed. CSI specifications. Write specification sections. Understand and enforce specifications on every job. Field visits and investigations. Owner-Architect-Contractor Meetings. Building Code Proficient.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree (B.S. or B.Arch) or Master's Degree (M.Arch) in Architecture. Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience required. Experience with commercial/institutional/complex building types. Documented experience with Revit, AutoCAD, & image editing software. CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES - RA License.
