What We're Looking For

As a member of our cinema production company, you’ll be responsible for overseeing project timelines, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on set and beyond. You’ll collaborate with the creative team, external vendors, and clients to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your organizational skills will be key in maintaining a high standard of quality, while your strategic thinking will help drive the growth of Beeson Ventures and its affiliated brands.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where collaboration is key. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to not only manage but also innovate, bringing fresh ideas to the table as we continue to elevate our productions and expand our creative capabilities. We’d love someone who has expertise in commercial producing, especially being able to communicate with agencies and clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with writers, directors, and production staff to align on the creative direction of each project.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and goals are met with creative solutions.
• Vendor & Location Negotiations: Lead negotiations to secure resources and deals while adhering to budgets and timelines.
• Budget & Schedule Management: Oversee budgets and create detailed schedules to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
• Casting & Talent Coordination: Manage casting processes, collaborating with casting directors to select talent that fits the creative vision and budget.
• Permits & Legal Compliance: Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance are secured.
• Marketing & Promotion Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies, working with internal teams on promotional materials.
• Departmental Coordination: Ensure communication and resource allocation between all departments to meet deadlines.
• Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Identify risks and find solutions to keep production on track without compromising quality.
• Post-Production Oversight: Oversee the post-production process to ensure the final product meets quality standards.
• Continuous Client Communication: Keep clients updated on production status and integrate their feedback.
• Production Wrap-Up: Finalize contracts, budgets, and deliverables at the conclusion of the project.
• Ready to Travel: Willingness to travel for shoots and production-related activities, adapting to different locations and environments as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5–7+ years in film, TV, or media production, with a proven track record managing projects from start to finish.
• Online Portfolio: A strong online portfolio is a must in order to determine the ideal candidate’s interest and experience.
• Project Management: Strong ability to handle multiple projects, manage budgets, and create detailed schedules.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, teams, and vendors.
• Negotiation Skills: Experience negotiating with vendors, locations, and clients to balance quality and budget.
• Leadership: Proven leadership ability to manage teams, coordinate departments, and meet deadlines.
• Production Knowledge: In-depth understanding of all production phases, from pre-production to post-production.
• Casting & Talent: Experience in managing casting processes and working with talent agencies.
• Legal & Compliance: Knowledge of permitting, insurance, and licensing requirements.
• Marketing: Experience developing promotional strategies and marketing materials for productions.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage logistics, budgets, and creative execution with precision.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in production software and project management tools.
• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to adapt and resolve challenges during production.
• Time Management: Excellent at working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
