The worldwide Apple Retail Engagement & Marketing (REM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail’s customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple’s products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values.
The Programming Producer is responsible for driving execution across high profile programming in AMR, our largest region. In this role, you will drive ownership of the AMR plan of record, balancing the needs of the business with our ability to deliver. You will be responsible for coordinating across AMR Heads of Programming, cross functional production, production vendors and field teams keeping our programs on schedule and delivered with a fine attention to detail.
**Description**
The Programming Producer will work cross-functionally across the region to plan and deliver programming that supports the overall Today at Apple plan. You will be responsible for creating and overseeing program production timelines across all regional programs and provides daily project management.
Responsibilities:
- Design and lead quarterly and annual strategic planning process in partnership with Customer Engagement Lead, creating a system to align programming to business priorities across 11 flagship stores in AMR
- Co-ordinate and execute fully integrated campaigns spanning in-store and online events and marketing, including all documentation and management of event production schedules
- Liaise with in-store resources to collect daily status updates, managing, mitigating and escalating risks
- Act as a strategic and creative advocate for overall quality, ensuring quality assurance for all deliverables
- Directly produce our most complex programs with high profile talent and partners, ensuring flawless execution from planning, production, publishing and assessment
- Lead quarterly reporting assessing performance across the geo in partnership with Customer Engagement Lead, collecting data and building reports that facilitate insights gathering for future programming strategy
- Architect a quarterly budget projecting spend across programming and production; manage day to day spend including overseeing invoice and payment schedules
- Liaise with talent and partner with our store programming team to design session experiences in line with program strategy
- Work directly with Business affairs and Legal in regard to all talent and key parters
- Share updates and inform key partners and stakeholders throughout the project both within AMR and with our Worldwide partners
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 8+ years working in the event, entertainment industry or marketing spaces.
+ 7+ years in managing high profile events and partnerships, working with emerging and established talent, delivering a broad spectrum of output including series content/formats, experiential and live
+ Experience working with extraordinary brands, innovation, large cross functional teams and an understanding of the logistics for events of all sizes
+ Experience navigating and executing multiple large-scale projects with high visibility simultaneously
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Ability to manage multiple cross-functional teams include and are not limited to: Programming, Production, Creative, Product Marketing, Public Relations, Retail Operations, Internal Communications, Training, Merchandising, Finance, Online Store, Store Strategies, Publishing, Procurement, and Marcom.
+ Ability to design visually appealing reporting tools and dashboards to assess programming and marketing performance.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation skills.
**Pay & Benefits**
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,100 and $206,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
