As Regional Marketing Manager (AMR) you will be responsible for the development and ownership of the regional marketing plan (establishment and execution) in close collaboration with the regional Sales VP which includes all channels (both direct sales and partners). This includes owning the regional marketing budget and KPIs broken down on target industries and brands. Communicate the regional marketing plans to VP Marketing & Business Development and other stakeholders. 10% travel with some international. This position is 100% remote. Regional Marketing Manager (AMR) Responsibilities
Drive Key account marketing as needed in collaboration with regional sales and named key account managers (account planning and Account Based Marketing) and identifying content needs, communicate these needs to Brand/Industry Marketing Directors and work with sales to deploy the content. Drive marketing initiatives in close collaboration with distributors and partners. Establish co-marketing plans, monitor performance (from initiative to fruition). Spearhead regional tradeshows and lead the execution with the support of the marketing program managers in the brands. Ensure timely KPI reporting to VP Marketing & Business Development. Facilitate close-the-gap initiatives based on Structured Problem Solving and Kaizen format. Timely deployment of countermeasures to stay on track with plan. Own the tactical and operational implementation of industry programs provided by the Brand/industry marketing directors based on the regional priorities and targets. Provide insights from regional market to the Brand/Industry Marketing Leaders and share insights on potential roadblocks. Regional execution of NPIs based on input from the Brand/Industry Marketing Directors. Translation and localization of webpages for prioritized countries. Regional Marketing Manager (AMR) Qualifications
5+ years marketing communications, or related function, experience. Goal-oriented with strong attention to detail. Well-organized, with strong project management skills. Experience using marketing automation (i.e. Marketo, Pardot). Experience with CRM (i.e. Salesforce, Dynamics). Effective communication skills, written and verbal. Ability to work equally well independently or as a team member, and capable of leading small project teams. Excellent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to plan marketing campaigns aligned with strategic objectives. Equally comfortable with traditional and digital marketing tactics. Ability to travel 10% and add if international is required. Desired
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or related field. Web development and search engine marketing experience. Event planning and coordination experience (trade shows, webinars, etc.). Vendor management experience. Experience working within a matrixed organization. Social media marketing experience. Partner / channel marketing program development experience. Experience in B2B marketing of audio equipment and/or test equipment. Compensation: $91K-$96K/yr. (DOE)
