Job Description
- Develop procedures, guidelines, job aids, training materials, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, end users, and staff to understand documentation needs.
- Apply technical writing methodology to draft, clarify, and review documents.
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple documents simultaneously.
- Ensure compliance with corporate quality processes.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical research and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to interact with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with SharePoint is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Professional Writing, or related field, with five years of experience, or at least seven years of equivalent experience.
