What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Music Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a degree in Education, Music Education, or a related field (or have equivalent teaching experience).
- Align with our mission to inspire and empower students through music.
- Have a passion for teaching students of all ages and skill levels.
- Be a lifelong learner, eager to grow personally and professionally.
- Be adaptable, patient, and skilled at creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Teach private and group lessons tailored to students’ needs and goals.
- Develop lesson plans that inspire creativity and build confidence.
- Collaborate with our team to organize student performances and events.
- Foster a love of music and learning in every student.
- Maintain open communication with students and their families to ensure progress and satisfaction.
