Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specs and user stories.
- Partner withUX/UI designerstocreate wireframes, workflows, and prototypes.
- Conduct user research, analyze data, and recommend design enhancements.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
- Oversee UAT and validate final implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Design, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in BSA roles with UX/UI focus.
- Strong knowledge of UX/UI tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and design principles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile and accessibility standards (WCAG is a plus).
