Help Adobe grow by developing our future sales talent through the Adobe Sales Academy program. This temporary role is focused on developing content and administrating programs that can shape the skills of early career professionals.
For this assignment, we’re looking for someone who is highly effective and efficient, with the ability to think strategically, but also keen to roll up their sleeves and “get it done” with urgency in executing tasks and launching content. This individual will be instrumental in handling several tasks that are vital to the success of the Adobe Sales Academy (ASA) and developing our sales talent.
Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, managing ongoing projects, coordinating with various teams to ensure alignment with our goals, and maintaining the high standards of service that the ASA team is known for. Specifically, this role will provide instructional design and content maintenance for.
Responsibilities: Onboarding & developmental learning pages and contact housed in Adobe’s L&D tools such as Field Readiness, SharePoint, & ADU Early Career sales skill development & enablement documentation & and tracking the efficacy of the enablement Creation of new ASA Program Documentation, which may include written and video documentation and learning tools for early career sellers Support of Sales Intern programming, including onboarding and developmental programs & activities Enhance and streamline current program tracking documents to improve efficiency and trackability, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all learning and development activities. Identify and drive operational efficiencies in program content creation, tracking, and consolidation to optimize processes and improve overall effectiveness.
Skills and Experience: Previous experience working in Learning & Development, Enablement, Instructional Writing & Design and/or Program Management roles Demonstrated ability to collaborate across groups to identify and prioritize opportunities and create and implement new or revised processes to meet business requirements. Proven verbal and written communication skills, including collaborating via low-touch and asynchronous pathways with partners across geographies and cultures. Sophisticated interpersonal skills, including adaptability, time-management, reporting progress or roadblocks, and driving work forward to meet defined objectives and timelines Highly motivated and customer-centric mentality with attention to detail, and a dedication to quality. Experience in direct and indirect sales structures and strategies. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently in a multifaceted, rapidly growing organization. Passionate about sales and developing excellent structures, processes, and people. Have a "Can do / Will do" approach in supporting the business.
Compensation: Up to $53.01 per hour.
