What You’ll Do: Content Coordination: Manage the intake and distribution of content, ensuring it reaches the right stakeholders for review, feedback, and publication. Content Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, track metrics, and ensure the content resonates with its audience. Workshops Management: Organize and support in-person technical workshops, with provided technical knowledge. Manage emails and tickets for workshop escalations, collaborating with IT as needed. Course Management: Assist in the creation, recording, and testing of educational content in collaboration with the Edios & Video Teams. Perform audits and quality assurance for existing courses to ensure they meet the required standards. Medium Blog: Oversee content intake, review, and publication for the company’s Medium blog, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s messaging and goals. Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with product teams, marketing, and other departments to streamline content creation and ensure timely delivery. What It Takes: Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in content management, project management, or an analyst role (data or business-focused). Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with performance tracking, reporting, and managing content workflows. Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets and Tableau (optional). Technical program management or project management experience, ideally related to developer relations or technical products. Background: Content marketing experience or a background in a related field such as project management or business analysis. Previous FTE experience is preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree not required if the candidate has relevant work experience. Nice to Have: SQL knowledge (nice to have, but not required). Experience working with developer content platforms or technical products. Ability to work cross-functionally with teams of different working styles.
