Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives
to promote our clients’ brands by supporting event marketing programs. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience and develop a foundation in event marketing and customer service. Position Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with
Account Managers
and corporate teams to support marketing events, shows, and campaigns. You will help implement marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, increase demand, and drive revenue. This is an entry-level role with
no ceiling
on growth potential. Please note : While we provide excellent growth opportunities, this is an

Key Responsibilities Support event marketing activities to promote client brand names
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and events
Work closely with the corporate marketing and sales teams to ensure campaign success
Apply marketing strategies and promotional techniques to engage with customers
Provide exceptional customer service during events and promotions
Qualifications Customer service experience
is required (prior marketing or event experience is a plus)
Must have
reliable transportation
Ability to learn and apply marketing and promotional strategies
Strong
interpersonal and customer service skills
