Overview
The Head of Cargo US Midwest and Canada is responsible for:
Ensures customer orientation to maintain a sustainable customer base
Fosters Swiss WorldCargo’s reputation for quality and reliability
Builds strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Selects, motivates, and develops management team and staff
Leads Business Intelligence efforts, providing market insights and proposing new products
Coordinates with Procurement to select efficient service providers and monitor quality
Achieves qualitative and quantitative targets in assigned territory
Executes regional and country strategies effectively
Reaches targets from Customer and Staff surveys
Takes decisions independently within assigned projects or tasks
Ensures safety, security, and SMS compliance in the region
Performs other tasks and/or projects as assigned
