Direct Hire Opportunity with benefits including PTO, Health Insurance,401K Lead Audio Visual Technician Job Description: Install, configure, and troubleshoot various AV systems, including flat panels, projectors, structured cabling systems, audio systems (25/70-Volt), video distribution systems, IP encoders, control systems, DSP, and rack-building. Perform cabling rough-ins, lacing wires, and ensuring high-quality installations. Work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining versatility and attention to detail. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, particularly when working on ladders or using power tools. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver seamless AV solutions providing excellent customer service by maintaining a professional appearance and a responsive, friendly attitude. Lead Audio Visual Technician Job Requirements: Minimum of three years of experience in installing and troubleshooting audio/video systems. Proficiency in structured cabling and familiarity with security/surveillance systems (preferred). Certification or training in AVIXA/InfoComm CTS, Biamp, Crestron, Extron, and Legrand AV. Strong understanding of construction techniques and networking principles. Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and ability to travel to job sites.
