Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, configure, and maintain Teams AV devices, including microphones, cameras, speakers, and other related equipment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AV issues during Teams meetings and events.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of AV equipment with existing systems.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates of AV equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the planning and execution of AV setups for meetings, presentations, and other events.
- Document and track AV issues and resolutions using ServiceNow.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the proper use of Teams AV equipment.
- Stay updated on the latest AV technologies and best practices to continuously improve the AV experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in setting up and troubleshooting AV equipment, particularly within Microsoft Teams environments.
- Strong knowledge of AV technologies, including microphones, cameras, speakers, and related software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support end-users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other collaboration tools and AV systems.
- Familiarity with network configurations and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation for AV setups.
Working Conditions:
- This position may require occasional evening or weekend work to support events or resolve critical issues.
- Ability to lift and move AV equipment as needed.
