AWS is seeking an experienced Principal Keynote Leader to craft compelling "mainstage" keynotes for AWS’s senior executives. This role involves partnering with communications, marketing, and engineering teams to develop presentation content that effectively communicates AWS’s top-level messages to a broad audience, including customers, partners, employees, and influencers. The leader will manage a team responsible for organizing and coordinating content from various inputs, leading the entire keynote development process from concept to execution, including scripting, stakeholder reviews, understanding product features, incorporating feedback, and working with vendors to produce visuals and run rehearsals. Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end keynote content development, including messaging, launches, slides, and talk tracks. Develop narratives that articulate the value proposition of AWS services clearly. Collaborate with product marketing and engineering teams to distill complex functionalities into engaging keynote content. Coordinate with teams such as Customer References, Public Relations, Legal, and Finance to ensure accuracy and quality. Partner with external agencies for creative development. Ensure flawless execution of keynotes through collaboration with production teams. About the Team

Basic
10+ years in technical marketing, pre-sales, consulting, training, or product marketing/management. 7+ years in crafting positioning, messaging, and launching technology products. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology, or equivalent industry experience. Preferred
MBA or technical background such as computer science or engineering. Experience supporting executive speeches and creating technology content. Design sensibility for presentation materials. Additional Information
